Maps & Directions - Ground Transportation Pickup/Drop-off Locations

Limousine services are no longer allowed to meet and greet customers at the baggage carousels at   D.I.A. As follows is the meet and greet procedure.
 
1. Passengers gather ALL luggage and party.

2. The odd numbered doors (i.e. 511) are on the east side of the terminal and the even numbered doors
    (i.e. 506) are on the west side of the terminal.

3. Go out either door depending on which side your respective carousel is located; east side or west side.

4. Walk to the first isle, to the booth that has a sign on it that reads "LIMO".

5. Tell the airport personnel in the booth that “Rocky Mountain Limousine ” is making the pickup,
    or call us directly at: Toll free from any pay phone:1-(877) 411-1149 or (970) 343-0000

6. The personnel will call the commercial ground transportation holding lot and dispatch the driver. The      vehicle will arrive within 5 minutes.

YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE PEOPLE AND LUGGAGE IN YOUR PARTY. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WAIT. THIS WILL CAUSE FURTHER DELAYS.
